Our Founding Story
The idea began during a venture capitalist summit in the UK, where our founder, Kevin Joseph, witnessed firsthand how investment, innovation, and strategic growth could transform businesses. Yet amid conversations about profit and scale, a different question emerged:
“What if the same forward-thinking models were used to uplift underserved communities in Sri Lanka instead of traditional startups?”
Inspired to bridge that gap, Kevin brought global business insight back home and turned it into action. With the support of like-minded partners, he invested millions of rupees into small-scale livelihood projects, helping families access poultry, cattle, and crop cultivation, while also mentoring young people in Business Studies and English to prepare them for wider opportunities beyond their borders.
